As 48 Dunham Ridge nears completion for fall 2018 – brickwork, window and curtain wall installation is complete. The tinted and heat reflective windows include operable sections to allow occupants easy access to additional fresh air. Many of the windows overlook the Norwood Pond conservation area, which includes a network of walking trails. The windows and wall system contribute to this energy-saving building’s efficiency and control utility costs.
